Meet Holly

Holly graduated with Honours from Georgian College’s Advanced Massage Therapy Program in 2016. She is passionate about helping clients reach their recovery goals, prevent injuries, and maintain active lifestyles.

Every treatment plan is personalized to the unique needs of each client. Holly integrates a variety of techniques at different stages of recovery and provides education on self-care and post-treatment exercises to support healing beyond the treatment room. Her hands-on approach often includes but is not limited to: myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, PNF, joint mobilizations, Swedish massage, and deep tissue techniques.

Born and raised in Wellington North County, Holly grew up on her family’s farm and was active in a wide range of sports. These early experiences shaped her core values of hard work, care, and community. After graduating, she spent seven years in British Columbia, where she embraced the outdoors and refined her skills as a Registered Massage Therapist. During this time, she worked in interdisciplinary clinics in Squamish; the outdoor recreation capital of Canada, supporting clients ranging from weekend warriors to professional athletes, as well as at the world-renowned Scandinave Spa in Whistler.

This background has given Holly the ability to deliver both deeply restorative therapeutic treatments and high-level relaxation experiences.
